I started it with ‘Hi’
you ended with ‘bye’.
It started with a simple ‘Hi’
but ended with a teary cry.
The ‘Hi’ wasn’t enough,
The goodbye wasn’t spoken.
We met with full of smiles
but your smile went farmiles.
We danced with ‘Hi’ and ‘Hello’
suddenly these turned into mellow.
You said you like ‘Hi’ the most
when I showed up, you felt worst.
You changed ‘Hi’ into ‘bye’
finally, I understood how you lie.
